The Camp offers two spacious family tents that can accommodate up to four people. The tents feature a master bedroom with a double bed and an adjacent separate area with two single beds. The central lounge area offers a comfortable space for families to relax and spend time together, while the exterior sitting deck provides additional space to take in the stunning views of the river and wildlife. With a maximum of 8 pax at any given time, our family tents are able to accomodate those travelling as large families.

With only 12 guests at a time in this remote setting, it is one of the most exclusive experiences in East Africa. A big focus of ours while constructing this camp was to be as respectful as possible to its delicate and treasured landscapes and wildlife, building it intimately and sustainably.

In addition to the indoor en-suite bathrooms, the guest tents at River Camp also feature outdoor showers overlooking the river. These showers provide guests with a unique and refreshing experience, allowing them to enjoy the beautiful views and wildlife while bathing. It’s an excellent opportunity for birdwatching and wildlife spotting, making for an unforgettable safari experience.
